Our products are shipped within 4-7 Days using the following carriers: USPS, FedEx, UPS and DHL. Shipping is free in all 50 U.S. states.

Returns

We have a 30-day return or exchange policy for all STATE sunglasses purchased on www.stateopticalco.com If you aren’t satisfied, we can set you up with a full refund or an exchange within 30 days of receipt. No charge for return shipping, as needed, but all original packaging needs to be included and the frame needs to be returned unused and in perfect pre-sale condition.

Warranty

We offer a non-transferrable warranty to the original purchaser on all STATE Optical Co. frames for one year from the date of purchase against any defect in frame materials and workmanship. We’ll repair or replace at our option, any pair of STATE Optical Co. frames found to be defective and exclusive of damage caused by improper or unreasonable use. Please note that this warranty program does not include protection against scratched lenses (sun or otherwise) and we are only able to authorize a warranty claim if the product was purchased from www.stateopticalco.com

Maintenance

If repairs and/or tune-up services are needed on your STATE Optical Co. frames and not due to a defect in frame materials and/or workmanship, charges may be applicable and will be quoted in advance of any services rendered.
